| EURO 2012: PORTUGAL HIT SIX OF THE BEST ... |
There was all to play for following the goalless first leg but Portugal showed their class in the end with Ronaldo starring for his country.
The Real Madrid winger’s free-kick opened the scoring before Nani doubled Portugal’s lead within 25 minutes. However, Edin Dzeko pulled the score back to 2-1 at half-time.
Ronaldo netted again early in the second half, which resulted in Bosnia’s Senad Lulic being sent off after receiving two yellow cards for dissent.
Despite being reduced to ten-men, Emir Spahic scored to give Bosnia a lifeline - but Portugal hit back in style with a free-kick from Miguel Veloso and two goals from Helder Postiga.
