Cristiano Ronaldo will be playing at the Euro 2012 Finals following Portugal’s 6-2 hammering of Bosnia-Herzegovina in Lisbon.There was all to play for following the goalless first leg but Portugal showed their class in the end with Ronaldo starring for his country.
The Real Madrid winger’s free-kick opened the scoring before Nani doubled Portugal’s lead within 25 minutes. However, Edin Dzeko pulled the score back to 2-1 at half-time.
Ronaldo netted again early in the second half, which resulted in Bosnia’s Senad Lulic being sent off after receiving two yellow cards for dissent.
Despite being reduced to ten-men, Emir Spahic scored to give Bosnia a lifeline - but Portugal hit back in style with a free-kick from Miguel Veloso and two goals from Helder Postiga.
