Paris St Germain are the favourites to sign Carlos Tevez after Manchester City told the four clubs bidding for his signature that they will not let the Argentine striker leave on loan.Tevez is spending Christmas in Argentina but Manchester City revealed that four clubs – Paris St Germain, Internazionale, AC Milan and Juventus - have expressed an interest in signing him.
However, the Manchester City manager, Roberto Mancini said that because the club had paid £25m to buy him and were paying him a salary of £200,000 a week, they would only entertain cash offers. This means that PSG, who are in negotiations to bring David Beckham to the Parc des Princes, are favourites because of their large financial reserves.
